Our Delivery Service, run by us, delivered by us, and on our vehicles

We can offer delivery within London and Greater London. Free delivery is subject to a minimum £150 order excluding VAT. Outside these areas we can consider any delivery, however this may be subject to a separate delivery charge being levied.

Panels are usually quite easy to load, deliver & store as they are generally flat and aren’t usually in awkward shapes & sizes. They do however tend to be large & bulky and so we operate our own fleet of 12t and 18t trucks to ensure full control over our delivery service and schedule - we do stress these are much larger than your regular delivery van - and rightly so as they can carry the weight of multiple orders being shipped out for numerous clients projects. All our deliveries are single driver deliveries and larger items will require assistance to help unload, if there is no forklift on site. We mainly tend to deliver to industrial premises such as workshops & sites, and so if the address is residential please make sure the address is easily accessible to larger vehicles and that someone is there who is willing and able to assist our driver unload.

Dispensations, when needed, will need to be arranged by the customer, client or contractor.

Delivery times are usually between 8am and 4pm weekdays. Due to the bulkier nature of the goods we deliver, our transport is routed in logistical order from our premises outwards, and as such we are unable to issue specific delivery slots. We may however be able to advise an approximate time should you wish to give us a call in the morning on the day of delivery.

Collections

Pop into our Trade Counter for some friendly, impartial advice - we are always pleased to chat, and all our stock items are kept right here for you to take away immediately if you wish. Our Sales Team have many years of collective experience.

We have samples, displays and plenty of free advice to boot. We’d be delighted to see you & hear about your project - we learn so much from our customers!

Our Warehouses are open weekdays from 8am to 4pm, so if you are collecting please pop in and our team are here to help you & load the goods into your vehicle.

Payments

Whether you have a Cash Account or are walking in, all are welcome here. Full payment will need to be made at point of collection or prior to delivery. We can accept BACS payments, Card payments & Cash payments. If you require our bank details please let us know.

Please note that we cannot accept card payment in excess of £500 over the phone and we are unable accept American Express.

If you are interested in opening a Credit Account with us please let us know and our Accounts Team can send over the details. Please note that we can only consider Credit Accounts for limited companies registered in the UK & Wales with at least 3 years accounts filed at Companies House.
